I started fabricating the mechanism for tierod movement and the mounting.
Cutting the steel angle bars into pieces per as described in the drawings I prepared and build up each of the parts.

The mounting structure welded onto frame.
A horizontal pipe at the top is to have a pair of front suspension mounting brackets placed.
This is a brace to distribute steering force to tie rods at right and left sides.

A mounting structure a bearing unit to hold steering shaft, welded onto the frame.
I had to keep the distance of the two tubes expanded by using a jack while putting the mounting structure.
Tie rods and king pins for left and right.
I put all the components together temporarily to check the functionality of all and made necessary adjustments.
I forgot to take photos of the center shaft and the around.
I changed my mind not to use a steering shaft from GC8 Subaru Imprezza that I originaly prepared, but another one from Subaru Vivio.
It is because of the smaller diameter and righer weight, better mechanical aspect for ease to get it extended.
I pulled out the shaft out of the jacket, cut into pieces at the middle, and put a small piece of the same diameter to get it expended.
The proximity having spline and a universal joint are from a steering shaft of GC8 Subaru Imprezza.
Although I still work out some around the mounting, the steering shaft and the wheel came into place.
And a driving seat as well.

A bearing unit in place to support lower portion of the steering shaft.
Now all the steering mechanism is complete.
